Welcome to EZY.ai
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EZY.ai, our AI search visibility analysis platform, and any related services provided by us. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.
Acceptance of Terms
- •By accessing and using EZY.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
- •If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
- •These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
- •We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- •Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
- •Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms for updates.
User Accounts
- •Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- •All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility
- •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- •Account information may be used to communicate important service updates
Acceptable Use
- •Users may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- •Prohibited activities include: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware
- •Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- •Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without permission is not allowed
- •Users must respect robots.txt files and opt-out headers when using our analysis tools
- •Fair usage policies apply to prevent abuse of our AI analysis services
Subscription and Billing
- •Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- •Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to subscribers
- •Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension or account termination
- •Account upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
- •All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged additionally
Intellectual Property
- •EZY.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by a Delaware Corporation with registered offices at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958 USA
- •Our trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used without permission
- •User-generated content remains the property of the user, subject to our usage rights
- •We grant users a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service for its intended purpose
- •Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- •All AI-generated content and analysis results are provided for user's internal use only
Disclaimers and Limitations
- •Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- •We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI analysis results
- •Service availability and performance may vary due to technical limitations
- •We are not responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions
- •Users assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content and analysis
- •Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, which will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect in the State of Delaware.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EZY.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:
- •Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
- •Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- •Any content or data you submit or make available through the service
- •Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
Referral program terms
Effective September 23, 2026
1. How the program works
Every EZY.ai account has a personal referral link. When someone new signs up through your link and pays for a subscription, they get a discount and you get account credit toward your own EZY.ai invoices. The current rewards are shown on your referral page in Settings. Today your friend gets 20% off their first 3 months on a monthly plan, or their first year on a yearly plan. You get a $49 credit for each friend who qualifies on a monthly plan, or $100 for each friend who qualifies on a yearly plan.
2. Who can take part
- You can refer friends if you have an EZY.ai account in good standing. You do not need a paid plan to refer.
- The person you refer must be new to EZY.ai. They need to create a new account through your link, and the referral must be recorded within 24 hours of that account being created. Existing accounts, including accounts that have had a paid plan before, cannot be referred.
- You cannot refer yourself. That includes another email address of yours, another account you or your organization own or control, and anyone signing up on your behalf.
3. When a referral qualifies
A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:
- Your friend opened your link and then created their account in the same browser. If they sign up on another device or after clearing their browser, we may not be able to connect the referral to you.
- The account has not been referred before. Each account can be referred once. If your friend opens more than one referral link before signing up, the most recent link counts.
- Your friend has paid the first invoice of a paid EZY.ai plan, monthly or yearly.
- At the end of the holding period, your friend's subscription is still active and their first payment has not been fully refunded.
We cannot add a referral after the fact, for example when your friend signed up without using your link.
4. Your friend's discount
- Your friend gets 20% off the first paid plan they buy. On a monthly plan that covers their first 3 monthly payments. On a yearly plan it covers their first annual payment. Renewals after that are charged at the normal price.
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code to enter, on every paid plan.
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
5. Your credit
- The credit depends on how your friend pays: $49 when their first paid plan is monthly, and $100 when it is yearly. If they later switch plans, the credit you earned does not change.
- When a referral qualifies, we add the credit to the billing account of the EZY.ai user who owns the referral link.
- The credit comes off your next EZY.ai invoice automatically. There is nothing to redeem. If the credit is more than that invoice, the rest carries over to later invoices. Credit cannot be applied to invoices that are already paid.
- If you do not have a paid plan when your credit is released, we hold it and apply it as soon as you subscribe. Credit we are holding for you expires 12 months after it was released if you have not subscribed by then.
- Credit is issued in US dollars. If your billing account uses another currency, we hold the credit and apply it manually. Contact [email protected] if you have not seen it.
- Credit has no cash value. It cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or a refund, and it is forfeited if your account is closed.
6. Holding period, cancellations and refunds
- The holding period is 14 days from your friend's first payment. We release your credit when it ends.
- If your friend's subscription ends, or their first payment is fully refunded, during the holding period, the referral does not qualify and no credit is earned.
- If your friend has scheduled their subscription to cancel, we wait. If they keep their plan, we release your credit. If the plan ends, no credit is earned.
- A partial refund to your friend, such as a goodwill credit, does not affect your credit.
- If a payment is later charged back, or a referral turns out to break these terms, we may remove credit that was already added to your account.
7. Limits and reviews
- There is no limit on how many friends you can refer. If more than 10 of your referrals qualify in one calendar month, our team reviews the rest before releasing the credit.
- We review referrals that look automated, duplicated or self-directed, for example several accounts created from the same device or network, or accounts using disposable email addresses. We may hold credit while we review, and withhold it if a referral breaks these terms.
8. How you may share your link
Share your link with people you know, in a way they would expect to hear from you. You must not:
- send bulk or unsolicited messages, use bought or scraped contact lists, or automate sending;
- run paid ads that bid on EZY, EZY.ai or similar terms, or use them in ad copy or domain names;
- post your link on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites;
- say or suggest that you work for, represent or are an official partner of EZY.ai, or make claims about EZY.ai that are not true;
- create accounts yourself, or pay or reward people to sign up.
When you share your link publicly, for example on social media, a blog or in a video, say clearly that you earn a credit if people subscribe through it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how you share, including anti-spam and advertising disclosure rules.
9. Privacy
- We never ask for your friends' email addresses. When you share by email or messaging, the message is sent from your own app.
- Your friend sees your first name on the page your link opens.
- You see each referral's first initial, signup date and status. We do not share their name, email address, company or website with you.
- We use referral information to run and protect the program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to credit or discounts you receive.
11. Changes and ending the program
- We may change the rewards or these terms, or end the program, at any time. We will update the effective date on this page, and tell you by email or in the app before a change that reduces your rewards takes effect.
- Changes do not affect credit already added to your account. A referral where your friend had already paid before a change is credited under the terms in place when they paid.
12. General
- We decide in good faith whether a referral qualifies, and our decision is final.
- These referral terms are part of the EZY.ai Terms of Service on this page, including its governing law and dispute resolution sections. If the two differ on the referral program, these referral terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I violate these terms?
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. We may also pursue legal action for serious violations. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from using our services.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
What data do you collect about me?
We collect account information, usage data, website analysis data, and technical information. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.
Can I transfer my account to someone else?
Accounts are non-transferable. If you need to change the account holder, you must create a new account and migrate your data manually.
What if there's a dispute about service quality?
We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you ever experience a problem, just reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help. If we can't resolve it together, we'll guide you through the next steps to find a solution.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through any one of the following methods:

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
